As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving profitable sales growth by building strong relationships with our customers and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies

Collaborate with customers to develop customized business plans that align with their objectives and drive revenue growth.

Drive Revenue and Profit Growth

Implement channel and customer promotions and programs based on national brand strategies, and optimize face-to-face selling opportunities through proactive time and territory management.

Provide Exceptional Customer Service

Provide high-level customer service and promptly resolve issues, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Build and Maintain Relationships

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Post-secondary education, preferably in a business-related field, and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.

Personal Qualities

A customer-focused mindset, with a strong desire to build and maintain relationships, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives.
