Job Overview:
The Property Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rental properties, including residential and commercial buildings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of rental properties, including residential and commercial buildings.
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize returns on investment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and residents.
- Manage property budgets and finances.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Three years of experience in property management.
- Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid BC driver's license and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
What We Offer:
As a full-time associate, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including health and dental insurance, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus bonus eligibility of up to $5,000 per calendar year.
