Process Automation Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Automation Manager to join our team in Toronto, ON. As a key member of our Digital Transformation team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and automate processes across various divisions, including E-commerce, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, Operations, and Stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the discovery process to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in business processes.
- Collaborate with the RPA team at Global Headquarters in Japan and other regions to leverage knowledge and assets.
- Develop and maintain automated processes using up-to-date technology, including UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Python, and other programming languages.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to discovery processes, process automation, and technical design.
- Perform periodic maintenance of new store opening files and systems.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to team members and stakeholders.
- Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- At least 4 to 6 years of professional experience in programming, SQL, and application development.
- Experience with RPA technologies, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement business and technical requirements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to create reports and analyze data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement and maintain retail IT systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the retail industry, with knowledge of the apparel industry.
- Ability to work in a diversified job environment and adapt to changing priorities.
