Job Title: Process Automation Manager

At UNIQLO, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Automation Manager to join our team in North America. This role will be responsible for supporting the business in terms of process automation and optimization, working closely with various departments including E-commerce, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, Operations, and Stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and maintain automated processes
  • Collaborate with the RPA team at Global Headquarters in Japan and other regions to leverage assets and knowledge
  • Develop and implement process automation solutions using technologies such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, and Python
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
  • At least 4-6 years of professional experience in programming, SQL, and relational databases
  • Experience with RPA technologies and process analysis, design, and implementation
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high-level service
