Job Title: Process Automation Manager

About the Role:

As a Process Automation Manager at UNIQLO, you will play a crucial role in supporting the North America business by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation process utilization and process optimization. You will work closely with various divisions, including E-commerce, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, Operations, and Stores, to streamline processes and maintain automated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the discussion in discovery steps to identify pain points and provide advice on how to improve inefficient processes and automate using up-to-date technology.
* Collaborate with the RPA team at Global Headquarters in Japan and other regions to fully utilize assets and knowledge while coming up with new ideas and insights.
* Utilize technical skills, including UiPath, Microsoft Power automate, Python, and other programming languages, to design and implement automated processes.
* Maintain required documentation, including documents related to discovery process, process automation, technical design, and vendor management.
* Troubleshoot issues and train team members to ensure the smooth operation of automated systems.

Requirements:

* At least 4 to 6 years of professional experience in programming, SQL, and relational databases, and application development.
* Experience with one or more RPA technologies, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage several projects at once and assess priorities.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to create reports and analyze data.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
