Job Description

What is the opportunity? As Automation Process Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all automations are operating efficiently. You will support newly trained automation analysts and work on the development of new automation solutions.

What will you do?

  1. Develop and deliver Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to streamline business processes.
  2. Support initiatives led by operational excellence managers, business managers, or service partners to improve process efficiency.
  3. Mentor junior staff and provide support and assistance to members of the RPA team.
  4. Identify operational issues with the infrastructure, underlying applications, or process failures and provide solutions.
  5. Be the key relationship contact with CoE to resolve operational issues or escalations.
  6. Identify innovative improvement opportunities to address common issues and execute directly or provide details to process designers.
  7. Responsible for support & Maintenance of existing Automations in production.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

  • Proficiency with Blue Prism
  • 3 to 5 years previous experience
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Communication skills – written and oral
  • Analytical and Financial Skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering
  • Software development – familiarity with higher level programming languages
