Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to meet and exceed sales goals and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Train, mentor, and manage your team on sales, marketing, and prospecting strategies
  • Execute marketing, social media, and outreach initiatives to drive membership sales
  • Perform on a guaranteed salary along with an incentive-based bonus
  • Develop and maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exhibit an enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
  • Possess a passion for health and wellness
  • Demonstrate a dedicated team player attitude
  • Be willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
