Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Studio Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness University Ave. - Downtown Toronto. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for creating brand awareness, fueling the buzz, and driving traffic in our studio's community.

Responsibilities:
  • Help manage and lead sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service to all members.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, leading studio tours, and describing our offering to potential members.
  • Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators, establishing and maintaining an effective referral program.
  • Maintain accurate records using established systems, answer telephone inquiries, and conduct follow-up customer care calls.
  • Greet and interact with members and guests enthusiastically and positively, responding to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
  • Work closely with the head coach and fitness team to provide an exceptional member experience, maintaining the cleanliness of the studio at all times.
  • Create content and schedule for social media, member check-ins, and plan and execute member and staff events.
  • Positively represent the Orangetheory brand, leading community outreach initiatives.
