Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Manager to join our Creative Production Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient intake management of creative and production studio requests from across the RBC enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triaging and balancing urgent partner/client creative and production request needs
  • Communicating intake priorities to the internal senior management team
  • Assessing and communicating on creative and/or production project intake requirements
  • Conducting daily review of all incoming and in-progress studio project requests
  • Assigning executional requests as needed
  • Supporting and upholding the studio creative and production processes
Requirements
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Intimate understanding of both Agency Creative Development Processes and Production to Prepress workflows
  • High level awareness of creative vendor relationships
  • Working knowledge within an advertising agency or marketing/design and production studio
  • Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills
