Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Studio Manager to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness University Ave. - Downtown Toronto. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for creating brand awareness, fueling the buzz, and driving traffic in our studio's community.

Responsibilities:
  • Help manage and lead sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service to all members.
  • Deliver outstanding and personable customer service to all members, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Lead studio tours and describe our offering to potential members, highlighting the benefits of our unique fitness experience.
  • Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators, including sales targets and member acquisition goals.
  • Establish and maintain an effective referral program to drive member growth and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records using established systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the studio team.
  • Answer telephone inquiries and conduct follow-up customer care calls to ensure member satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Greet and interact with members and guests enthusiastically and positively, creating a welcoming and inclusive studio environment.
  • Respond to member requests, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the head coach and fitness team to deliver an exceptional member experience, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the studio at all times, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Create engaging content and schedule for social media, showcasing the studio's personality and community spirit.
  • Member check-ins and planning and executing member and staff events to foster a sense of community and belonging.
  • Positively represent the Orangetheory brand, embodying our values and mission.
  • Lead community outreach initiatives to build relationships with local businesses and organizations, promoting the studio's presence and reputation.
