About the Role:

The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores. As a results-oriented leader, you will be instrumental in creating a high-performance selling environment that exceeds shopper expectations and sets new records for commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading a team of talented sales associates to achieve sales targets and KPI goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase brand loyalty.
  • Coach and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences, embodying our brand philosophy and core values.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Provide real-time feedback and guidance to team members to empower them to achieve their KPI goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, fostering a sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment, preferably in retail or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing brand loyalty.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
