About the Role:

The Assistant Store Manager is a key member of the store team, supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of a Seasonal Store. This role is ideal for individuals with prior retail management experience, looking to take their skills to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Monitor and control expenses, shrinkage, and other store operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Flexible schedule required
  • Prior retail management experience required
  • Ability to stand for 8+ hours, walk, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
