We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Spirit Halloween. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our seasonal store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing and Operations: Assist the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and pack-up of the seasonal store.
  • Store Performance: Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability goals.
  • Staff Development: Develop and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Expense Control: Assist in controlling expenses to ensure the store operates within budget.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires standing for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior retail management experience is required.
  • Age: Minimum age requirement is 18 years old.
  • Schedule: A flexible schedule is required to meet the demands of the seasonal store.
