Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all guests
  • Manage and control expenses, shrinkage, and inventory levels to maximize profitability
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent performance
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales and operational goals

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Flexible schedule required
  • Prior retail management experience required
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds
