    • Work closely with the management team to maintain store standards, including the backroom.

    • Ensure adequate staffing levels to effectively operate the business.
  • Human Resources:

    • Assist with hiring and onboarding processes, excluding pharmacy staff.
    • Maintain accurate wage administration within company guidelines.
    • Drive a positive work culture, engagement, and staff motivation through effective leadership and mentorship.
