About the Role:

BBYO is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Regional Director to join our team in Vancouver. As a key member of our regional leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that engage and inspire Jewish teens in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of Jewish teens in the region
  • Mentor and support teen leaders to build strong, vibrant chapters
  • Build and maintain relationships with local schools and community organizations
  • Attend summer camp and BBYO global convenings
  • Develop and manage programming budgets and grow management skills
  • Empower and inspire teens and volunteer advisors through mentorship, coaching, and training

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of work experience in teen/community programming, event operations, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience working with youth or teens is preferred; experience leading teams or projects is preferred
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours when teens are available
