We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Instant Gold Refining Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as ensuring the HR department meets the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
- Coordinate the flow of information within the team
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Work Term: Permanent
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 40 hours per week
