About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Office Coordinator to join our team at Bergen Excavating Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines that support the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner;
  • Manage electronic enquiries and respond promptly to client inquiries;
  • Compile data and statistics to support business decisions;
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both manual and computerized;
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless day-to-day operations;
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas;
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and excellence.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Work Arrangements
  • Permanent position;
  • 40 hours per week;
  • Work Language: English;
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $45,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to employee wellness programs and training opportunities.
