**Job Title:** Office Operations Coordinator

**About the Role:** At George Dawson Inn, we are seeking an experienced and organized individual to fill our Office Operations Coordinator position.

**Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team ensuring seamless communication and productivity.
  • Direct and control daily operations, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet business objectives.
  • Manage mail and other materials, maintaining a well-organized filing system for easy access.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Oversee the classification and rating of occupations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining a calendar and coordinating with team members.
  • Manage contracts, negotiating terms and conditions to benefit the company.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels remain adequate.

**Requirements:

  • Education: College or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related role.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort environment.

**Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Location:** George Dawson Inn, a reputable hotel and resort location.

**Working Hours:** 30 to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
