Customer Service Manager

Raven Force Couriers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop marketing strategies to meet customer needs.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and products.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that our business is financially sustainable.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit and train new staff members as needed.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure that staff members are meeting performance expectations.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
- Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Hardworking and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Client-focused and able to build strong relationships with customers.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
