Job Title: Customer Service Managing Supervisor

Raven Force Couriers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our customer service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements, and conduct performance reviews to ensure that our team is equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales. Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure that our operations are financially sustainable.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or operations management role.
  • Skills: Hardworking, client-focused, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
