- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, promoting an open communication culture;
- Train new employees on company standards and procedures;
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow and productivity;
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback;
- Develop and implement warehouse processes and procedures to maximize efficiency;
- Enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment;
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate activities and resolve issues;
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred;
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead position;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities;
- Proficient in warehouse management software and the Google Suite;
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs);
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking;
- Must have own method of transportation to travel to other facility 2x per week.
