Job Title: Client Service Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their families. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer service inquiries and schedule field employees to client care assignments
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and their families
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in keyboarding and Windows scheduling software
  • Ability to operate all standard office equipment
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English as well as French in Branch Offices that provide service to French speaking clients
