We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Acosta. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our client's merchandising initiatives and enhancing relationships with Store and Department Managers.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandising Experience: 1+ year of experience in merchandising, with a focus on grocery merchandising (preferred but not essential)
- Communication Skills: Intermediate level and above English reading comprehension, with strong written and oral communication skills
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, specifically understanding and executing changes to a planogram
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify issues and show initiative in solving problems
- Flexibility: Energetic, independent, and enthusiastic, with flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Work Schedule: Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with a flexible schedule based on client needs
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30-40lbs, with a physically demanding role at times
- Transportation: Valid driver's license, with access to a reliable vehicle for travel
- Travel: Comfortable traveling up to 50 km from your region, with paid commute time and expenses
- Computer Skills: Computer savvy, with access to a PC computer and the internet, and the ability to take and submit photos of work
