Sales Associate, Flooring Specialist

Your Role
As a Sales Associate, Flooring, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting Customers
Greet customers warmly and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Assessing Customer NeedsAssess customer needs and provide well-informed and specialized advice about products.
Presenting MerchandisePresent merchandise (including through demos), emphasize item features, and recommend complementary items.
Contribution to MerchandisingContribute to the merchandising of products in your department (e.g., displays, visual presentation, labeling, signage).
Staying InformedStay informed of new products and their technical applications.
Contribution to Sales TargetsContribute to the achievement of sales targets. Stay informed of promotions and flyers.
Loss Prevention and Health and SafetyWork in accordance with the store's policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety.
Other Related TasksPerform other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
