About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to support our client's merchandising initiatives and enhance relationships with Store and Department Managers by delivering best-in-class merchandising services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of merchandising plans to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Store and Department Managers to understand their needs and provide tailored merchandising solutions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of merchandising tasks, including planogram changes and product placement.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact merchandising performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Store and Department Managers to ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of merchandising experience, preferably in grocery retail.
  • Intermediate level English reading comprehension.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a flexible, adaptable approach.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide timely responses during work hours.
