About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at RONA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Customers Warmly: Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all customers who enter our store.
  • Assess Customer Needs: Identify and understand customer requirements to provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Present Merchandise: Showcase products and features to customers, highlighting the benefits and value of our offerings.
  • Contribute to Merchandising: Assist in the visual presentation and display of products in our store.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on new products, technical applications, and sales promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to Store Policies: Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety.
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales: Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Analyze customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
