Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our innovative team at Integrated Power Services. As a key member of our administrative support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal teams.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including customer information and job packages.
- Process purchase orders and issue delivery tickets as needed.
- Assist with accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Participate in our Continuous Improvement program, driving process enhancements and efficiency gains.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Customer service experience and bookkeeping or accounting experience are highly desirable.
