Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Integrated Power Services. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our management team and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to management and customer service teams
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Sort and maintain job packages, ensuring they are up-to-date
- Issue purchase orders for materials or services to suppliers, and issue to jobs if required
- Maintain customer records and assist the credit department in collections if required
- Print delivery tickets when needed
- Assist in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Participate in our Continuous Improvement program
- High school diploma required, applicable post-secondary education preferred
- Clear verbal and written English communication skills required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills required
- Customer Service experience preferred
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
