About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Integrated Power Services. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide exceptional support to our management team and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to management and customer service teams
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Sort and maintain job packages, ensuring they are up-to-date
  • Issue purchase orders for materials or services to suppliers, and issue to jobs if required
  • Maintain customer records and assist the credit department in collections if required
  • Print delivery tickets when needed
  • Assist in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Participate in our Continuous Improvement program
Requirements
  • High school diploma required, applicable post-secondary education preferred
  • Clear verbal and written English communication skills required
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills required
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
