The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for bonuses and benefits.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position working 30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create glass objects, metal jewelry, utensils, implements, wall hangings, and other decorative items
  • Design ornamental and ceramic functional earthenware pieces
  • Gather necessary materials to demonstrate crafting techniques and prepare lessons for clients
  • Sell products on a retail basis and supervise apprentices or other artisans
Work Conditions & Physical Capabilities

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day. You must be able to lift and carry heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
