Our fast-growing company has grown to 120+ people in less than 2 years and is looking to continue our rapid-growth with a great Senior Marketing Associate. We currently sell under two brands - Sola Wood Flowers & Forever Floral.

Our founders have previously scaled & sold consumer brands, and are looking to do it again with a larger exit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside our digital marketing team to manage paid channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, AdWords, Bing, Yahoo, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Work closely with management and our marketing team to ensure we are on-track to reach targets.
- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data to improve onsite digital marketing performance. Google Analytics, UTMs, Google Sheets/Excel, and similar software is your best friend.

**Requirements**:

- Deep experience with paid channels - specifically AdWords & Facebook. You should be very comfortable working with spend of ~$50k - $250k per month.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully scale and manage spend while hitting CPA and ROAS targets.
- Previous experience in eCommerce or digitally-enabled direct-to-consumer brands.
- Highly self-motivated, able to learn quickly, and comfortable working ~60 hours a week in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
