Resource Ability is a CARF accredited nursing agency that provides respite care to children with medical needs in their home communities throughout British Columbia.
About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team as Nursing Support Professionals. In this role, you will provide 1:1 care for a client with complex medical needs in the home environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care to clients with complex medical needs in the home environment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A current practicing license with BCCNM
- Experience working with clients with complex medical needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
