**Job Description:**

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health and addictions, with excellent assessment and treatment planning skills. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing medication management as needed. **Key Responsibilities:

**Requirements:**
