Job Opportunity for an Experienced Immigration Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As an Immigration Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of Immigration matters, including evaluating applications, researching government requirements, and preparing submission packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate applications to identify category qualifications and research government processes and requirements
  • Prepare submission packages for basic and complex cases, and submit to various government agencies
  • Aid with client intake and respond to client inquiries to ensure smooth application processing
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve team goals

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of post-call experience in Immigration Law
  • Strong knowledge of Immigration Law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
