Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As an Immigration Lawyer, you will be responsible for carrying a full caseload focusing primarily on Immigration matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate applications to identify category qualifications and research the processes and requirements for different types of applications.
  • Prepare submission packages for both basic and complex cases and submit them to various government agencies.
  • Aid with the client intake process and respond to both basic and complex client inquiries to ensure that applications are processed, and any challenges are anticipated and taken care of.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years' post-call experience with knowledge in Immigration Law.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork skills, trustworthiness, accountability, proactivity, and a positive work attitude.
  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
