Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As an Immigration Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling a full caseload of Immigration matters, including evaluating applications, researching government processes, and preparing submission packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry a full caseload of Immigration matters, including evaluating applications and researching government processes
  • Prepare submission packages for basic and complex cases and submit them to government agencies
  • Aid with the client intake process and respond to client inquiries to ensure applications are processed and challenges are anticipated and addressed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4+ years' post-call experience in Immigration Law
  • Strong teamwork skills, trustworthiness, accountability, proactivity, and a positive work attitude
  • Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
