Position Overview
Ignite Talent Solutions is representing a dynamic and expanding legal practice. They are in search of a skilled Immigration Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of post-call experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in collaborative settings and possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities, along with a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will manage a comprehensive caseload with a primary focus on Immigration issues. Your duties will include coordinating the application process, assessing applications to determine eligibility categories, and researching the necessary procedures and requirements for various application types. You will be tasked with preparing submission packages for both straightforward and intricate cases, and submitting these to relevant governmental bodies. Additionally, you will assist with the client intake process and address both simple and complex client inquiries to ensure smooth processing of applications and proactively manage any potential challenges.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must have at least 3 years of post-call experience and a solid understanding of Immigration Law. You should be capable of performing well under pressure, prioritizing tasks effectively, and meeting deadlines. Strong teamwork capabilities, trustworthiness, accountability, proactivity, and a positive attitude are essential. Furthermore, you must hold membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
