Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing high-level tax advisory services, including tax planning, compliance, and risk management. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough tax research and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Evaluate existing business processes and advise on policy and tax changes.
  • Collaborate with clients to address tax compliance issues and develop proactive tax strategies.
  • Lead engagement teams and coach junior team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration (accounting or finance major).
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant public accounting or tax experience.
  • Working knowledge of the Canadian Income Tax Act.
  • Experience working with accounting and tax software.

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
