Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Controller to join our team at Adi Development Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing financial reporting, analysis and guidance to the leadership and operations teams across the organization.

About You:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business or accounting with CPA designation (required).
  • You have accounting experience within the construction industry is an asset.
  • You have proven experience building out accounting controls/processes.
  • You have experience preferably with Sage, Procore, TimberScan, and CRM systems.
  • You have strong technical accounting skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks.
  • You are focused on customers, both internal and external, understanding that we exist to deliver value to them and look for ways to exceed their expectations.
  • You have integrity and Respect – Do what you say you will, your word is your bond and respect for all.
  • You insist on Excellence – A leader who is uncomfortable with the status quo.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $160,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
