Property Manager

About the Role
The Property Manager is a key position in our residential property management team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties in Laval, QC, Canada. This role requires a strong leader who can maximize profitability and maintain corporate standards within established operational and budgetary objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform market research and provide recommendations for rates and lease renewals.
- Ensure resident inquiries and issues are addressed promptly.
- Interview and train new staff, and manage staff schedules.
- Provide suggestions for annual budgets and operating plans.
- Show and rent vacant units to potential residents.
- Collect and deposit rents in a timely manner.
- Oversee building maintenance systems.
Requirements
- Experience in residential property management or relevant professional experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills with residents, colleagues, and third parties.
- Management skills to support, train, and motivate staff.
- Bilingual in French and English, required.
