Evaluating Daily Operations: As a Restaurant Manager at Fresh Punjabi Veg Tiffin Service, you will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery. This includes monitoring staff performance, planning and organizing daily operations, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Staff Management: You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service. This will include setting staff work schedules, addressing customer complaints, and providing diversity and cross-cultural training for a welcoming work environment.

Inventory Management: You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, including negotiating arrangements with suppliers and clients. This will involve monitoring inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of supplies, and maintaining a lean inventory system.

Negotiation and Communication: As a Restaurant Manager, you will be required to negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients, and communicate effectively with staff, customers, and suppliers to ensure a positive and welcoming work environment.
