Your Opportunity

Our Virden office is seeking an Administrative Professional to join the Financial Reporting & Insights team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to multiple Partners and staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Partners and staff, including proofreading, editing, and formatting documents.
  • Assist with billing, collections, and processing of accounts receivable and payable.
  • Interact with clients to support information requests and follow-ups.
  • Assemble corporate and personal client documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • File tax returns and government correspondence as needed, meeting monthly and annual deadlines.
  • Provide coverage for other support staff during vacations, illness, and absenteeism.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required, including photocopying, filing, and mailing/courier services.

Your Experience and Education

  • You hold an Office Administration diploma or equivalent education.
  • You have 2 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Experience working in an accounting firm is an asset.
  • You are a self-starter with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • You possess a high level of proficiency with MS Office Suite and digital formats.
  • You are able to work extra hours as required.
