Food Service Supervisor

BC LTD is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet work schedules and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and present food order summaries to the chef.
- Develop and implement work schedules to ensure optimal kitchen performance.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluent in English.
