We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W Vanderhoof in BC. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside employees to ensure the restaurant meets production demands and standards for food quality, service times, and service experience.
  • Assign work stations and manage breaks to optimize team performance.
  • Resolve issues within your authority concerning the restaurant, staff, and customers according to restaurant policies.
  • Effectively use the operating system to balance key goals of speed, food quality, and cost management.
  • Train and coach staff as directed by management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in food service/preparation.
  • Supervisory experience in food preparation is an asset.
  • Completion of secondary school or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to deal well with a variety of people: customers, fellow employees, and management.
