Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Track Foods Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

Fast food outlet or concession, restaurant.
