Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient food service procedures to meet customer demand and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Train and supervise food service staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Prepare and manage food budgets, inventory, and ordering to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
