Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

BC LTD is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu offerings.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure optimal food preparation and minimize waste.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Prepare Food Order Summaries: Compile and present detailed summaries of food orders to our chef, ensuring seamless execution of menu items.

  • Work Under Pressure: Manage stress and pressure in a high-volume food service environment.
  • Standing for Extended Periods: Stand for extended periods, moving frequently to ensure efficient service and quality control.
  • Physically Demanding: Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing, to meet the demands of our food service operations.
