Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, leading a team of cooks, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.


Responsibilities
  • Manage food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of dishes
  • Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

Benefits
