We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at The 101 Brewhouse & Distillery. This is a permanent full-time position.

Job Summary

The Head Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team, preparing and cooking meals, and ensuring the highest level of food quality and safety.

This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of ingredients and supplies.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
