Job Description:

At Patra Pizza Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and cooking of meals to meet customer demands
  • Cleaning and maintaining a hygienic kitchen environment
  • Management of kitchen operations, including inventory control and food safety
  • Collaboration with dietitians and chefs to prepare special meals for patients

Requirements:

  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
